Pedestrian Struck by Possible Drunk Driver in Old Town – San Diego Drunk Driving Victim Lawyer
A pedestrian was struck by a possible drunk driver yesterday near Old Town. According to an article in the San Diego Union Tribune, the pedestrian was walking on a sidewalk on the Pacific Highway near the Interstate 8 bridge when a vehicle jumped the curb and struck the pedestrian. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital and is believed to be seriously injured.
The police arrested the driver for possible driving under the influence. The names of the victim and the driver have not been released.
